0-60023-5

Product Introduction Reliance 0-60023-5 is a Reliance Electric (now part of Rockwell Automation) AutoMax PMI series AC power technology module. It provides power conversion, power drive, signal synchronization and system power supply for the entire AC drive system. It is the core power board card of the AC driver.

Description

型号释义

  • 0-:Reliance 标准板卡前缀

  • Model Interpretation

  • 0-: Prefix for Reliance standard board

  • 60023: Product series number (PMI system AC power supply technology module)

  • 5: Hardware revision version number (Version 5, optimized power density, heat dissipation, and synchronous communication stability) Technical Specifications

  • Input voltage: 115/230 VAC (single phase), 50/60 Hz

  • Output power: Suitable for 0.5–1.0 HP AC motors

  • Main circuit: AC-DC rectification + DC-AC inversion, IGBT power components

  • Control power supply: +5V/3A, ±15V/1A (generated internally, for system boards)

  • Synchronous interface: In/Out synchronous transmission port (multi-machine synchronization)

  • Operating temperature: 0–55°C; Storage: -20–70°C

  • Dimensions (width × height × depth): Approximately 30×220×180mm

  • Weight: Approximately 2.2kg

  • Installation: PMI rack-specific power slot, front panel fixed

  • Insulation withstand voltage: Input/output and logic side 2kV AC/1min

  • Interface and communication configuration

  • Front panel:

  • LED indicators: OK (green) - normal power supply; FLT (red) - fault

  • Interfaces: In/Out Synch (synchronous signal reception and transmission, multi-machine parallel / synchronization)

  • Fixing screws: 2 pieces, used for rack locking

  • Backplane gold fingers:

  • Power bus: AC input, DC bus, AC output

  • Control bus: Enable, fault feedback, power ready, synchronous signal

  • Power: Supply for control board and CPU board in the rack Core function

  • AC-DC-AC Power Conversion: Convert the input alternating current into a DC bus, then invert it into adjustable-frequency and adjustable-voltage alternating current to drive the motor.

  • System Control Power Supply: Generate +5V and ±15V stable power supplies to supply power for the CPU board, I/O board, and communication board.

  • Multi-machine Synchronous Control: Achieve parallel connection of multiple modules or synchronous transmission of multiple axes through the Synch interface, ensuring consistent speed and phase.

  • Fault Detection and Protection: Overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, short circuit, and phase loss detection, triggering protection and locking the fault.

  • Heat Dissipation Management: Integrate temperature sensors and cooling air ducts, automatically reducing power or shutting down for protection when overheated. Applicable scenarios

  • Industrial AC drive: Low-voltage AC motors drive small rolling mills, fans, water pumps, conveyors, extruders, etc.

  • Core of AutoMax PMI AC system: Compatible with PMI racks (such as 57C series), replacing the old version 0-60023-1/3/4.

  • Multi-machine synchronous drive: Production lines that require multiple motors to run synchronously (such as textile, papermaking, cable equipment).

  • Maintenance of old production lines: Replacement of power spare parts for AC drive equipment in suspension production to avoid entire line renovation and reduce costs.

  • User and maintenance instructions Installation

  • When the power is off, insert the PMI rack power slot and tighten the front panel screws; do not perform hot swapping to prevent power components from burning out.

  • Installation location: Ensure that the heat dissipation airflow is unobstructed, keep away from heat-generating components, and avoid dust accumulation.

  • Wiring

  • Input: Connect according to the nameplate to 115/230 VAC, single phase, L/N/PE.

  • Output: Connect to the three-phase U/V/W of the AC motor, pay attention to the phase sequence.

  • Synchronization: When there are multiple machines, use shielded wires to connect In/Out, and set the terminal resistor to ON.

  • Daily maintenance

  • Every 3-6 months, power off and blow off dust, check the status of power components, capacitors, and cooling fans.

  • Observe LEDs: OK always on is normal; OK off → power failure; FLT on → fault (overcurrent / overvoltage / overheating).

  • Fault troubleshooting

  • No output: Check the input voltage, fuse, rectifier bridge, IGBT, DC bus voltage.

  • Overheating: Check the heat dissipation airflow, fan, load rate, and environmental temperature.

  • Synchronization anomaly: Check the synchronization wiring, terminal resistor, and module parameter matching.
