User and maintenance instructions Installation
Only for the left slot of the PMI rack, perform power-off installation, tighten the panel screws; do not perform hot swapping.
Input: Connect the power line with a 5A fuse, ensure reliable grounding.
Connections
AC input: L/N/ Ground, wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm², keep away from power lines.
DC output: Connect according to the markings, avoid short circuits of positive and negative poles; single-ended grounding for the shielded wire.
Daily maintenance
Power off and blow dust every 3-6 months, check if the terminals are loose or burned.
Observe the "PWR OK" light: always on indicates normal; flashing indicates overload / overheating; off indicates input power failure / module damage.
Troubleshooting
No output: Check AC input, fuse, connection terminals; no light → module damage.
Unstable output: Check input voltage fluctuations, load short circuits, blocked cooling airways.
