Product Introduction Reliance Electric 0-60007-2 is a dedicated power supply module for Reliance's (now part of ABB) PMI series DC speed control system. It provides multiple isolated and regulated power supplies for the entire DC transmission cabinet, supplying power to control cards, excitation boards, and logic circuits, and is the "power heart" that ensures the stable operation of the system.

User and maintenance instructions Installation

Only for the left slot of the PMI rack, perform power-off installation, tighten the panel screws; do not perform hot swapping.

Input: Connect the power line with a 5A fuse, ensure reliable grounding.

Connections

AC input: L/N/ Ground, wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm², keep away from power lines.

DC output: Connect according to the markings, avoid short circuits of positive and negative poles; single-ended grounding for the shielded wire.

Daily maintenance

Power off and blow dust every 3-6 months, check if the terminals are loose or burned.

Observe the "PWR OK" light: always on indicates normal; flashing indicates overload / overheating; off indicates input power failure / module damage.

Troubleshooting

No output: Check AC input, fuse, connection terminals; no light → module damage.

Unstable output: Check input voltage fluctuations, load short circuits, blocked cooling airways.
