Disconnect the power supply, insert the machine frame CPU slot, lock the latch; connect the programming/communication cables.

When powered on, the OK light is on and the digital display shows 00, indicating normal operation. The system automatically recognizes the I/O and driver cards. Maintenance

Quarterly: Check the status of the LED, communication connector, and snap fastening.

Half-yearly: Power off and perform anti-static cleaning of the panel and slots (three-layer coating does not require frequent cleaning).

Replacement: 4/4H can directly replace 1/2/3/3E without changing the program / wiring; reverse replacement requires downgrading the memory and functions.
