Installation and maintenance Installation

Disconnect the power supply, insert the machine frame CPU slot, lock the latch; connect the programming/communication cables.

Power on OK light is on, the digital display shows 00, indicating normal operation. The system automatically recognizes I/O and the driver card.

Maintenance

Quarterly: Check the LED status, communication connectors, and latch tightness.

Half-yearly: Disconnect for anti-static cleaning of the panel and slots.

Replacement: The 3E model can directly replace the 1/2/3 versions; upgrading to 4H does not require program modification.
