Installation and Maintenance Installation

Disconnect the power supply, insert the rack slot, lock the panel; connect the RS-232 programming cable.

After powering on, the OK light is on and the digital display shows 00, indicating normal operation. The CPU automatically recognizes.

Maintenance

Quarterly: Check terminal fastening, LED / digital tube status, communication cables.

Half-yearly: Disconnect for static electricity protection and clean the panel and slots.

Replacement: Directly replace D/E/F/H with C, no need to modify the program / wiring; reverse replacement requires testing compatibility.
