Core functions
Low-voltage digital output: Drive 115V AC or 24–115V DC solenoids, indicators, small contactors, etc. for low-power devices.
Electrical isolation protection: Block high-voltage / noise from entering the PLC, ensuring system safety.
Single-channel independent control: 16 outputs can be individually programmed, suitable for multi-point decentralized control scenarios.
Hot-swappable support: AutoMax rack can be replaced while powered on, without affecting system operation.
Status visualization: Each channel LED displays the output status in real time, facilitating quick troubleshooting. Application scenario
System: Reliance AutoMax (DCS 5000) PLC Control System.
Industry: Metallurgy, Papermaking, Water Treatment, General Machinery, Heavy Equipment Automation.
Load: 115V AC indicator lights, 24V DC solenoid valves, small relay coils, motor starters auxiliary coils, etc. - low-power actuators.
Operation and Maintenance Instructions Installation
After power loss, insert the AutoMax rack slot and fasten the front panel latch.
Connect the 115V AC/DC load cables according to the terminal numbers.
After powering on, the CPU automatically recognizes the module and the LED indicates readiness. Maintenance
Quarterly inspection: Terminal tightening, LED status, cable aging condition.
Half-year maintenance: After power-off, clean the module surface and terminals with an anti-static dry cloth.
Replacement: Use only the original 0-57402-C, no configuration required. The CPU will automatically recognize. Fault diagnosis
No output: Check the load power supply, terminal wiring, and channel LED status; troubleshoot the program output logic.
Output malfunction: Check grounding and isolation, cable shielding, and whether there is voltage spike interference.
Module not recognized: Reinsert and remove the module, check the backplane connector, and confirm that the rack power supply is normal. Safety Precautions
The terminal strip is equipped with 115V AC high voltage. Before wiring or maintenance, the power must be disconnected.
The operation module must be equipped with an anti-static wristband to prevent static electricity from damaging components.
The load current must not exceed 200mA/channel to avoid burning out the module.
