Model Meaning • CACR-SR: VS-800 Classic SERVOPACK • 15: 1.5kW rated power • S: Special S-type enclosure (unique mounting holes, cannot be interchanged with BY/BZ/BE/AA/AD enclosures) • B: 200V voltage level • 1A: Standard control hardware • F: Custom I/O and parameter version • -Y160: Factory-exclusive customized program (fixed I/O logic, gain, motion sequence, cannot be replaced by ordinary SR15 firmware)
II. I/O Definition Different: The function of CN1 terminal is exclusive to Y160 (such as emergency stop, limit, positioning completion, alarm output logic is incompatible with Y100). 2. Parameter Pre-setting Different: Electronic gear, gain, acceleration and deceleration time are fixed custom values, modification is prohibited; the ordinary SR15 parameter table is not applicable. 3. Motion Sequence Locking: Power-on initialization, zero return, limit logic are Y160-specific, cannot be directly replaced with Y100 or ordinary models, otherwise alarm / positioning error / non-operation. 4. Unique Replacement Part: Must be CACR-SR15SB1AF-Y160. IV. Installation and Wiring (Common to the series) 1. Installation: Vertical installation, leave ≥ 50mm for heat dissipation on both sides, no obstruction at the bottom fan opening. 2. Wiring Sequence: First, motor U/V/W + encoder CN2 → then control CN1 → finally main power R/S/T + grounding (grounding resistance ≤ 10Ω). 3. Cables: Power cable ≥ 2.5mm², signal cable use shielded twisted pair, shield layer single-ended grounding. V. Panel and Operation • Keys: MODE (monitoring / parameters / faults), SET (confirm), ↑/↓ (number), RUN/STOP (local start/stop) • Enter Parameters: MODE → password 0000 → SET (Y160 parameters are prohibited for modification, only for viewing) • Local Jog (Point Movement): MODE → JOG → SET → ↑/↓ for point movement (default 500rpm) VI.
