Function: The backplane carries all robot control boards and I/O boards. Without MBB01, the system cannot power on.

V. Replacement and Selection Suggestions

Exclusive Backplane: Only for XRC/MRC, cannot be exchanged with MB20/21/22.

Priority of Spare Parts: MBB01 (Original Disassembly > Refurbished), requires whole board testing, focus on checking the 12 slots' gold fingers and battery interface.

Alarm Indication: No display upon power-on → Check 24V power supply and backplane connector; Parameter loss → Replace with special battery (not 5.5V).
