JANCD-JCP01

ANCD-JCP01 (YASNAAC J300 series CNC CPU main control board of Yaskawa) JANCD-JCP01 is the core CPU main control board of the Yaskawa YASNAC J300 system (commonly known as the "SH board"), which must be used in conjunction with the JMM01 memory board. It is responsible for system calculations, interpolation, and axis control.

Description

I. Basic Information

Model: JANCD-JCP01 (Common versions: -3, -4, such as JCP01-4)

Brand: YASKAWA (Yaskawa Electric)

Series: YASNAC J300 CNC (Old model machine system)

Function: CPU mainboard (System core + Motion control)

Standard Equipment: Must be equipped with JANCD-JMM01 (Memory board) to work

Memory: Built-in 384KB RAM, expandable to 2MB with JMM01

Status: Factory discontinued (EOL), available as second-hand / refurbished spare parts in the market

Compatible Backplane: JANCD-JBB12 / JBB03 (The backplane you previously checked for J300)

Yaskawa JANCD-JCP01

II. Core Functions

System Main CPU: J300 system "brain", running CNC system software, PLC logic.

Motion Control: Handles linear / circular interpolation, position loop / speed loop calculations, up to 6–8 axis servo control.

Bus Management: Connects I/O board (JIO06), axis control board, and panel through backplane JBB12.

Data Storage: Comes with 384KB, combined with JMM01 storage system for parameters, processing programs, and tool compensation.

Fault Diagnosis: System self-checking, alarm handling, communication with upper computer.

III. Common Versions and Combinations

JANCD-JCP01-3: Early version, equipped with JMM01-3

JANCD-JCP01-4: Final stable version, equipped with JMM01-1 (Most common)

JMM01 Memory Board: Exclusive to J300, cannot be used alone, available in 256KB/512KB/2MB capacities

IV. Compatibility and Replacement Points

Only for YASNAC J300 control cabinet, completely incompatible with I80 series (FC904).

When replacing, must be of the same version (e.g. -4 replaces -4), and reinstall system programs + parameters.

Common Faults: No power on, system freeze, servo alarm, program loss, mostly due to CPU board or JMM01 failure.
