II. User Manual (Core Points)

1. Installation (LX3 Control Cabinet)

Slot: LX3 dedicated I/O expansion slot (such as SLOT04/SLOT05).

Fixation: 4 M3 screws, tightening torque 0.8 to 1.0 N·m.

Compatibility: Only compatible with Yasnac LX3 system, cannot be used in XRC/ERC robot cabinets or DX series.

2. Wiring Specifications

Input (IN0 to IN111):

Common terminal: COM+ (24V)

Signal terminal: Connect NPN sensors / switches negative pole (low level valid).

Output (OUT0 to OUT63):

Common terminal: COM- (0V)

Signal terminal: Connect load negative pole, load positive pole connects to 24V+.

⚠️ Output Limitation: Single path ≤0.5A, total board current ≤3A,严禁 overload.

3. I/O Address Allocation (LX3 System)

General Input: IN0 to IN111 → Address X000 to X111

General Output: OUT0 to OUT63 → Address Y000 to Y063

View / Force: LX3 programmer → Input / Output → Expansion I/O.

4. Fault Troubleshooting

Input no response: Check DC24V power supply, COM terminal wiring, sensor polarity.

Output does not act: Confirm load wiring, COM- terminal connects to 0V, program logic / ladder diagram.

Communication error: Check board card gold fingers, backplane slot, system firmware version match.
