I. REV.D Revision Highlights (Compared with REV.C/C0)
REV.D: The final production stable version, fixes the occasional overflow and high-temperature drift issues in REV.C
Optimizes the onboard power filter, enhances the long-term stability at high temperatures (45–55℃)
Strengthened the reliability of the gold fingers and the backplate contact, reduces communication errors in vibration environments
Functionally compatible with REV.C, can be directly interchanged
II. Core Functions (Same as HA03 Series)
High-speed trajectory calculation: Joint interpolation, coordinate transformation, forward/inverse kinematics solution
Floating-point and logic-intensive calculations: Reduces the burden on CPU (CP0x), improves trajectory response
Robot synchronous/coordination movement: Point welding / arc welding / handling of complex paths
Special for ERC control cabinet: Composed with CP0x, IO0x, and BK01 as the main control unit
