System architecture
The system adopts a multi-board slot-based backplane structure, with each core board performing specific tasks.
The GSR01 system motherboard carries all the slots and bus power supply.
The GMM series motion control board executes interpolation and trajectory calculations.
The GMR/GRT series graphics display driver board outputs the human-machine interface.
The GRS01 I/O communication substrate receives and transmits peripheral signals.
The GSC series PLC logic board controls the sequence of machine tool operations.
The GSP series panel control board handles key operations and status feedback.
The GSY01 servo axis control communication board links the servo units.
