JANCD-GMM
Description
I. Basic Specifications
Model: JANCD-GMM11 / GMM12 / GMM22 (collectively referred to as GMM)
Type: Main CPU + Program / Data Memory Composite Board
Compatible Systems: YASNAC 2000G, 3000G (GMM22 compatible with 3000G high-end version)
Power Supply: DC5V (direct supply from the back panel, power consumption approximately 25–35W)
Form: Full-length industrial board card, gold finger slots (same slot position as GMR/GRT)
Temperature: Working range 0℃~+55℃; Storage range -25℃~+85℃
Humidity: 30%~95% RH (no condensation)
Chip: 32-bit dedicated CNC processor; GMM11 = Basic version, GMM12 = Medium configuration, GMM22 = High configuration (larger cache / stronger computing power)
II. Interfaces and Indicators
CN1: System Bus (connects GMR22/GMR24 graphics board, GRT01 display IO board)
CN2: Axis Control Bus (connects servo amplifier / axis card)
CN3: MDI / Panel Interface (buttons / data display interaction)
CN4: Serial Port (DNC transmission, baud rate 1200–9600)
Indicators:
PWR: Power normal (always on)
RUN: System running (flashes)
ALM: System alarm (always on / fast flashing)
MEM: Memory read/write (flashes)
III. Core Functions
Program Execution: G-code / M-code parsing, interpolation calculation, trajectory planning (controls up to 8-axis linkage)
Memory Management: Program storage (GMM11 = 256KB, GMM12 = 512KB, GMM22 = 1MB), tool compensation / parameters / macro program storage
Display Control: Sends display data to GMR22/GMR24, drives CRT coordinates / program / alarm interface
IO Scheduling: Interacts with GRT01, handles machine emergency stop, limit switch, relay output, etc. (switching quantities)
Communication: DNC serial port transmission, external device data interaction, system diagnosis and monitoring
IV. Version Differences (GMM11 vs GMM12 vs GMM22)
GMM11: Basic model, 256KB memory, 4-axis linkage, compatible with 2000G standard model
GMM12: Medium configuration model, 512KB memory, 6-axis linkage, compatible with 2000G/3000G general model
GMM22: High configuration model, 1MB memory, 8-axis linkage, enhanced computing power / anti-interference, compatible with 3000G high-end / complex processing
V. Installation and Maintenance
Installation: Main slot on the back panel of the control cabinet (usually Slot1), push vertically and lock, align the gold fingers
Wiring: DC5V power supply on the back panel; CN1–CN4 away from power lines / frequency converters to avoid interference
Maintenance: Regular dust cleaning, clean gold fingers; Back up parameters / programs (to prevent memory loss)
Faults:
No display: GMM not started / CN1 bus loose / power supply abnormal
Program loss: GMM memory battery failure (replace with CR2032)
Axis not moving: CN2 axis control bus failure / servo communication abnormal
High alarm frequency: GMM chip aging / cache error / version incompatibility
