JANCD-GMR

JANCD-GMR22 (often simply referred to as GMR22) is the graphics / display control board of the YASNAC 2000G/3000G numerical control system of AWC. Its original part number is DF7000079. It is responsible for the interface between CRT / display and graphic processing, and it has a different division of labor from the GMM series (CPU / memory board).

Description

Basic Specification

Model: JANCD-GMR22 (DF7000079)

Type: CNC Graphic Display Control Board

Compatibility: YASNAC 2000G, 3000G (machines from Sengsui Machinery, etc.)

Functions: CRT / Display Driver, Graphic Rendering, Interface Control, Data Visualization

Installation: Backplane in the same slot as the GMM11/GMM12 main CPU board, powered by DC5V

Hardware Specifications

Form: Full-length industrial board card, gold finger slots Interface:

CN1/CN2: CRT display interface (video / line/field synchronization)

System bus: High-speed communication with GMM11/GMM12

Panel interface: Connects operation panel / keyboard

Indicators: PWR (power), RUN (operation), ALM (alarm) Core function

Display driver: Controls CRT display, outputs interface such as coordinates, programs, tool compensation, alarms, etc.

Graphic display: Renders processing trajectory graphics, simulates tool paths, displays dynamic coordinates

Interface management: MDI editing, parameter setting, program browsing, alarm information display

Data interaction: Real-time exchanges of display data and operation instructions with GMM main CPU

Differences from GMM series (key points)

GMM11/GMM12: Main CPU / Motion control board, responsible for system calculation, interpolation, axis control

GMM22/GMM24: Memory expansion board, responsible for program / parameter storage

GMR22: Graphic display board, only handles display and interface, does not perform motion control

Common faults

No display / Black screen: GMR22 power supply abnormal, gold fingers contact failure, CRT interface damaged

Flickering screen / garbled characters: Graphics chip failure, communication with GMM abnormal, board aging

Display lag: Inefficient data interaction between GMR22 and main CPU, display cache abnormal
