JANCD-GMM12

JANCD-GMM12 is a motion control mainboard card for Yaskawa 2000G and 3000G CNC systems. It is an upgraded replacement model of the same series GMM11, suitable for the machine tools and equipment of Sensui Machinery. As the core component for system computing and axis control, it can be operated in coordination with I/O boards, communication boards, and expansion interface boards.

Description

The board card adopts an industrial standard full-length card structure. The gold fingers of the cabinet are embedded and installed in a fixed manner. The logic power supply is completed by the backplane DC5V. It is equipped with a 32-bit main control chip and a dedicated motion processing unit. The onboard storage module stores system programs, machine tool parameters, and processing data. The overall computing response speed is superior to the previous model. The board card is equipped with servo spindle bus interface, serial communication ports, human-machine panel interface, and internal bus interface. The board surface integrates a power operation fault status indicator to intuitively reflect the working condition of the entire machine.

The board card is responsible for the initialization startup of the entire machine system, parameter retrieval management, and the execution of built-in logic programs. It supports multi-axis linear and circular arc linkage interpolation operations, outputs position, speed, and torque control instructions, and completes the closed-loop control of the servo unit. It synchronously processes hand-wound pulse signals, feed rate adjustment, and rapid positioning actions. It also has functions of running status monitoring, fault identification and alarm, and fault code recording.

The equipment operates within a temperature range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. The storage can withstand a temperature range of -25 to 85 degrees Celsius. The working environment humidity is maintained within 30% to 95% without condensation. The working site must be free of corrosive and explosive gases. The installation altitude is controlled within 2 kilometers.

During assembly, the board card is vertically inserted into the designated slot of the control cabinet and locked for fixation to ensure a firm contact of the gold fingers. The board card shell is securely connected to the grounding point of the cabinet. The wiring layout distinguishes between strong and weak electrical circuits, avoiding interference from frequency conversion drive devices. The internal bus automatically completes data interaction without the need for additional parameter settings.

Regular maintenance involves cleaning the board surface and slot dust, checking for no loose or aged wiring connections, and verifying the cooling status to avoid excessive heat accumulation. If the entire machine fails to start, it is usually due to power supply abnormalities, poor contact, or damaged storage programs. If the operation encounters errors and lags, it is often caused by abnormal communication at the shaft end, parameter configuration deviations, or aging faults of the main control hardware. Boards of the same specification can be interchanged and used.
