A.610 Bus error: Loose CN61 connection, communication failure, bus chip damage
Abnormal spindle positioning: Encoder signal loss, counter module malfunction
Excessive servo synchronization error: Parameter mismatch, servo loop overload
No LED indication: Power loss, internal fuse blown, poor backplane contact
