Compatible System: YASNAC I80 / I80M (must be paired with FC250/FC251 mainboard)
Assembly Backplate: JANCD-FC001 (standard backplate for I80, single slot)
Board Size: Semi-long board (same as FC300B, approximately 235×140mm)
Power Supply: DC 24V ±10%, approximately 0.8A
Version: FC400 (Rev.A02 is the final version)
II. Core Specifications (I/O Points)
1. Input (IN): 32 points
Voltage: DC 24V, NPN/PNP compatible (sink/source optional)
Purpose: Limit switches, proximity switches, buttons, emergency stop, tool signals, etc.
Response Time: ≤1ms
2. Output (OUT): 32 points (transistors)
Voltage: DC 24V, maximum load 0.5A / point
Purpose: Relay coils, solenoid valves, indicator lights, alarm lights, etc.
Protection: Each point has self-recovery fuse, overload / short-circuit protection

CN40: I/O terminal block (32IN/32OUT, screw connection)
CN20: System bus (connects to the backplate, communicates with FC250/FC251)

Five. Common faults
Input no signal: CN40 wiring loose, 24V power supply abnormal, input points burned out
Output does not act: Output point overload burned out, load short circuit, wiring error
Bus alarm (A.400): CN20 backplane contact failure, bus chip failure
LED off: Backplane 24V power supply missing, board card fuse blown
