JANCD-FC226
Description
I. Overview
JANCD-FC226 is a servo and spindle signal interface board for the Anson I80 system, responsible for signal conversion, command transmission and feedback acquisition between CNC and servo amplifiers, spindle units, etc. It is a key interface card in the system's motion control chain and does not directly drive the motor, but ensures reliable interaction of control signals.
Related models: JANCD-FC225 (simplified version), JANCD-FC222 (spindle-specific)
Assembly backplane: JANCD-FC006 (I80 standard backplane)
II. Specifications and Parameters

Board size: 267 mm × 152 mm (I80 universal size)
Power supply: 5VDC ±5%, approximately 1.8A (backplane power supply)
Servo interface:
Command output: ±10V analog (speed/torque command)
Encoder feedback: compatible with incremental / absolute encoders (1024/2048 ppr)
Axis support: up to 4-axis servo signal conversion
Spindle interface:
Analog: ±10V (spindle speed command)
Direction signal: spindle positioning / direction trigger and feedback
Operating temperature: 0°C ~ +55°C
Weight: approximately 0.45kg
III. Core Functions
Servo command conversion: Converts digital motion commands from the CPU board (FC200) into ±10V analog quantities and outputs them to the servo amplifier.
Encoder feedback processing: Receives servo/spindle encoder signals, completes position/velocity feedback signal shaping, amplification and differential conversion, and returns them to the CPU for closed-loop operation.
Spindle signal interaction: Outputs spindle speed commands, receives spindle orientation completion, zero speed, overload and other status signals to ensure precise spindle control.
Signal isolation and anti-interference: On-board photoelectric isolation, differential drive, EMI filtering, suppresses industrial site interference, improves signal stability.
Fault monitoring and alarm: Real-time detection of signal breakage, encoder abnormality, overcurrent / overvoltage, command overflow, on-board LED indicator lights for alarm and upload to the system.
Multi-axis synchronous signal distribution: Supports synchronous output of 4-axis servo commands to meet multi-axis linkage synchronous control requirements.
IV. Compatibility
Compatible backplane: JANCD-FC006 (I80 specific)
Required mainboards:
CPU board: JANCD-FC200 (SMON main control board)
PLC board: JANCD-FC210 / FC211
Storage board: JANCD-FC190 / FC191
Compatible enclosures: JZNC-IRK31M series
Replacement instructions: Compatible with FC225; cannot replace FC220/222 (pure spindle board), FC224 (program parsing board); only for I80, not compatible with I60.
V. Common Faults and Application Scenarios
Common faults
Servo axis no movement / jitter: Mostly due to aging of analog output chips or damage to the encoder signal channel.
Spindle orientation error / alarm: Faults in the spindle feedback signal processing circuit.
Frequent encoder abnormality alarms: Failure of signal isolation or filtering components. Application scenario
The machining centers, CNC lathes, and turning-milling combined machines that are compatible with the I80 system.
Equipment that requires multi-axis linkage and high-speed, high-precision processing (such as mold and aerospace part processing).
Scenarios where high signal stability is required (such as high-speed positioning of the spindle, rigid tapping, etc.).
