Overview

The JANCD-FC222 is a high-end spindle control card for the YASNAC I80 system, an upgraded version of the FC220. It enhances capabilities in high-speed spindle positioning, rigid tapping, multi-stage speed control, and high-precision encoder feedback processing, making it ideal for precision machine tool applications such as high-speed machining centers and turning-milling composite machines. High-speed spindle control: Outputs high-precision analog commands, supporting wide-range speed regulation from 0.1 to 600 Hz.  

Spindle positioning/orientation: Enables rigid tapping, spindle indexing, and precise tool change positioning.  

Encoder closed-loop processing: Receives spindle encoder signals to achieve dual closed-loop control of speed and position.  

Multi-speed and logic control: Built-in 8-speed settings, supports external signal switching as well as spindle forward/reverse and braking control.  

Fault diagnosis and protection: Monitors overload, overspeed, encoder anomalies, overvoltage/undervoltage in real time, with onboard LED error indicators.  

System data communication: High-speed communication with CPU board (FC200) and PLC board (FC210/211), synchronizing spindle status and control commands. Compatibility

FC220: Basic model, supports spindle speeds up to **≤3000 rpm**, positioning accuracy of ±0.1°, compatible with standard lathes and milling machines.  

FC222: Upgraded model, supports spindle speeds up to **≤6000 rpm** (optional 12000 rpm), positioning accuracy of ±0.01°, optimized for high-speed and high-precision applications. Remarks

Installation Requirements: Requires dedicated spindle parameters compatible with the I80 system; professional technical personnel are recommended for commissioning.
