JANCD-FC008
Description
I. Basic Positioning
The servo axis card of the I80/B series CNC is inserted onto the JANCD-FC006 backplane and is responsible for servo axis motion control and signal interface.
Functions: Servo driver communication, position loop/velocity loop control, encoder signal processing, axis parameter management.
Compatible systems: YASNAC I80, 2000B/B CNC systems; compatible cabinets: JZNC-IRK31M, etc.
II. Core Functions
Servo axis control: Up to 4-axis servo drive control (pulse / bus type).
Encoder interface: Incremental / absolute encoder signal reception and processing.
Servo communication: Connects to Yaskawa Σ series servo drives (such as Σ-Ⅴ, Σ-Ⅶ).
Axis parameter storage: Independent management of each axis position / speed / gain parameters.
Alarm monitoring: Servo faults, encoder abnormalities, excessive following error alarms.
III. Technical Points (Disassembly / Archiving and Organization)
Version: DF9201061-B0 (mainstream).
Slot: Special slot on FC006 backplane (adjacent to FC007). Interface:
Back panel side: 50-pin flat cable (power + bus).
Servo side: CN1 (encoder), CN2 (servo command) connectors.
Number of control axes: 4 axes (configurable as 2/3/4 axes).
Signal level: 24VDC digital signal, differential encoder signal.
Operating temperature: 0°C ~ +55°C; Weight: approximately 0.6 kg.
IV. Current Status of Instructions and Materials
No separate manual: FC008 materials are integrated into the I80/B series hardware/maintenance manual.
Valid English materials:
YASNAC I80 CNC Hardware Manual (including axis card installation, terminal definitions, wiring diagrams).
YASNAC B Series Maintenance Manual (including fault diagnosis, servo parameter matching).
Supplier compiled Datasheet (including physical diagrams, version, interchange part numbers: such as JANCD-FC008-E).
V. Differences between boards of the same series
FC006: System back panel (base)
FC007: I/O adapter board
FC008: Servo axis control board
FC001: XRC robot CPU board (not CNC)
