6. Installation Instructions
Mounting: Install vertically on a clean, flat metal panel; allow ≥50 mm clearance around all sides for cooling.
Wiring:
Connect 3-phase input (L1/L2/L3) to reactor terminals.
Connect reactor output to amplifier power terminals.
Torque terminals to 1.2–1.5 N·m.
Grounding: Connect reactor chassis to system ground (≤0.1 Ω).
Routing: Separate from high-frequency cables; avoid sharp bends and vibration.
Testing:
Verify no short circuits with multimeter before power-on.
Check for abnormal noise or overheating during operation.
7. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Maintenance:
Inspect terminals & wiring every 6 months; retorque if needed.
Clean dust from surface with dry cloth; do not use solvents.
Common Issues:
Overheating: Check for loose connections, overloading, or blocked ventilation.
Audible Hum: Normal under load; excessive hum = loose core or winding fault.
Noisy Power: Confirm reactor is correctly sized and installed; check for parallel resonance.
8. Safety Precautions
Disconnect all power before installation or service.
Do not touch live terminals; high voltage present during operation.
Keep away from flammable materials; surface may reach >100 °C.
Only qualified personnel should install or service this component.
