Safety Instructions

1. Cut off all power and wait ≥5 minutes for capacitor discharge before service.

Installation

1. Power off the entire machine.

2. Insert the board into the designated slot and secure screws.

3. Connect FSSB fiber, encoder, and power cables correctly.

4. Verify all connectors are locked.

5. Restore power and test operation.

Maintenance

1. Clean dust from the PCB surface regularly.

2. Inspect connectors for looseness or aging.

3. Check component temperatures during operation.

4. Keep the cabinet dry and free of oil mist.

Troubleshooting

1. Amplifier alarm: Check power voltages and board seating.

2. Communication failure: Reconnect FSSB optical cable.

3. Abnormal motor rotation: Inspect encoder wiring and signals.

4. Overtemperature alarm: Clean cooling fan and ventilation paths.
