Safety Instructions

Installation Procedure

1. Cut off total machine power supply.

2. Install the board into designated slot and fasten screws.

3. Connect optical fiber, encoder and power wires properly.

4. Confirm all connectors are firmly locked.

5. Switch on power and test normal operation.

Maintenance

1. Remove surface dust regularly.

2. Inspect connectors for looseness and aging periodically.

3. Check component temperature during running.

4. Keep cabinet dry and free of oil mist.

Fault Troubleshooting

1. Amplifier alarm: Check power voltage and board assembly status.

2. Communication failure: Reconnect FSSB optical cable.

3. Abnormal motor running: Examine encoder wiring and signals.

4. Overheat alert: Clean cooling fan and ventilation channel.
