Common Alarms & Troubleshooting
Alarm 40x (Servo Not Ready): Check 24V supply, FSSB optical cable, or board fuse.
Alarm 41x (Servo Error): Verify encoder wiring, 5V supply, or PCB damage.
FSSB Communication Fail: Reseat optical connector; check for bent pins or dirt.
Overheat Alarm: Clean drive fans; check for blocked ventilation.
No LED: Confirm 5V power input and board seating.
Installation & ESD Precautions
Power OFF the drive and wait ≥5 minutes for capacitor discharge.
Use anti‑static wrist strap and ESD‑safe mat.
Align board with drive slot, insert firmly, and secure screws.
Reconnect FSSB optical cable, encoder cables, and power connectors.
Power on; verify LED status and test servo homing/positioning.
Maintenance
Clean dust from PCB and connectors quarterly.
Inspect FSSB optical connectors for cleanliness and tightness.
Check fuses and components for overheating signs (discoloration, bulging).
Keep enclosure dry and free of oil mist.
