Installation Steps

1. Confirm power is fully disconnected, release residual electricity.

2. Align the board with cabinet slot, insert steadily and lock fixing screws.

3. Connect signal cables and power cables according to wiring definition.

4. Check all connectors for firm connection without looseness.

5. Restore power supply after inspection, power on and test operation.

Daily Maintenance

1. Regularly clean surface dust with dry soft cloth.

2. Check connector tightness every 3 months.

3. Observe board indicator status during operation.

4. Stop operation immediately once abnormal heating or alarm occurs.

Common Fault Tips

1. Abnormal alarm: Replug connectors, restart the system.

2. Axis failure: Check board address setting and line connection.

3. Communication error: Verify matching relation with servo amplifier.
