Description
General Information
A06B-6127-H105 is a single-axis 400V class Alpha i high voltage servo amplifier. It is designed for medium load CNC axis control and must work with matched αi PSM power supply module.
Model Identification
Part number is A06B-6127-H105 with model code αiSV-80HV. Manufactured by FANUC Alpha i series, this unit is widely applied to medium power servo axes of machining centers, lathes and automatic production equipment.
Electrical Specifications
DC bus input voltage ranges from 565V DC to 679V DC. Rated input power is 5.8kW. External 24V DC power supply with ±10% tolerance provides power for control circuit, FSSB communication and cooling fan.Three-phase rated output voltage is 480V AC. Rated RMS output current is 18.2A and peak current reaches 80A. The maximum output frequency is 400Hz. Full digital vector control realizes position, speed and torque regulation. Regenerative braking function feeds surplus energy back to DC bus.
Mechanical and Environmental Parameters
The device adopts yellow metal housing and vertical panel mounting structure. Overall dimension is 60mm in width, 380mm in height and 172mm in depth. The net weight is 3.1kg. Cooling system consists of replaceable axial fan and high efficiency heat sink.Operating temperature covers 0 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius. Storage temperature ranges from minus 20 degree Celsius to 60 degree Celsius. Humidity maintains 5% to 95% relative humidity without condensation. Protection class is IP20 suitable for cabinet inner installation.
Compatibility
It is compatible with FANUC αi HV series servo motors. Matching power unit is 400V grade αi PSM module. Applicable CNC systems include FANUC 30i, 31i, 32i-B and 0i-MF, 0i-TF equipped with 400V power option. It adopts 100Mbps FSSB fiber communication bus. Both absolute and incremental encoder signals are supported. Built-in backup capacitor keeps position data stable for around ten minutes, no homing operation needed after replacement.
Protection and Alarm Functions
Overcurrent protection corresponds to alarm code AL-01. DC bus undervoltage and overvoltage trigger AL-04 and AL-07 separately. Heat sink overheat fault displays AL-03 and fan malfunction outputs AL-02. Encoder communication error and regenerative overload can also be detected. Front seven segment LED displays real-time working state and fault information.
Installation Guidelines
Cut off total power and perform lockout safety operation before installation. Mount the amplifier vertically and reserve sufficient ventilation space no less than 50 millimeters on upper and lower sides. Connect DC bus wire to αi PSM module and complete reliable grounding connection. Connect 24V control power and FSSB optical fiber cable strictly in accordance with standard wiring definition. Check all connection firmness and clear historical alarms before power restoration.
Safety Notice
High voltage exists inside the amplifier. Do not disassemble the cover within ten minutes after power off. All installation, wiring and maintenance work should be carried out by qualified electrical staff. Only genuine FANUC cables and connectors can be used. Regular cleaning of fan and heat sink dust is required to guarantee normal heat dissipation.
Key Features
5.8kW rated power and 18.2A output current satisfy medium load operation requirements. Compact narrow body structure effectively saves cabinet space. Internal position data backup capacitor simplifies replacement procedure. Fiber optic transmission features fast speed and strong anti-interference capability. Comprehensive protection design improves operational stability.
