Application: Steel mills, paper mills, mining, heavy machinery DC drives
Installation & Calibration
Installation
De-energize the SealPak rack.
Insert 0-50001-2R into an empty slot; tighten front-panel locking screw.
Verify +5 VDC and ±15 VDC bus power.
Calibration
Power on; confirm Power LED is ON.
Apply reference signal; adjust Gain pot for target output.
Zero input; adjust Offset pot for 0 VDC output.
Set fault thresholds; adjust Threshold pot for alarm trigger points.
Lock potentiometers; test under load.
Operation & Faults
Normal: Power/Run LEDs ON; stable output; no fault triggers.
Fault LED ON: Overvoltage, short circuit, overheating, or interlock activation (reset after clearing fault).
No Output: Check bus power, wiring, on-board fuse, or input signal.
