System Wide: All CardPak DC drive control cards
Installation & Adjustment
Installation
De-energize the entire drive system.
Insert 0-49060-1 into the designated CardPak slot.
Tighten front-panel mounting screws.
Verify edge connectors are fully seated; check +5 VDC and ±15 VDC power.
No-Load Adjustment
Power on drive with motor disconnected.
Set all inputs to 0 VDC; adjust Offset pot for 0 VDC output.
Apply full-scale current signals; adjust Gain pot for rated output.
Reconnect motor; calibrate current loop per drive manual.
Test light-load operation for stable response, no oscillation.
Operation & Faults
Normal: Power LED ON; output follows summed input; stable current loop.
Overcurrent Fault: Fault LED ON; output clamped (reset after clearing fault).
Thermal Trip: Fault LED ON; card overheated (cool before restart).
No Output: Check power, input wiring, and on-board fuse.
