WORKING PRINCIPLE
INSTALLATION GUIDE
Insert the module into the reserved standard CardPak slot inside the drive control cabinet.
Fasten the front fixing screws to ensure firm connection and good contact.
Connect the current sampling signal line to the designated input terminal of the module.
Connect the trip output control line to the drive main control stop circuit.
Confirm all wiring is correct before powering on the whole system.
ADJUSTMENT METHOD
After power-on standby, find the current adjustment potentiometer on the module panel.
Adjust the potentiometer with a screwdriver to set the instantaneous overcurrent protection value.
Set the protection value according to the rated full-load current of the on-site matched motor.
Complete simulation test to confirm the trip action is sensitive and accurate.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Normal Running State: The module runs silently, monitors current in real time, no trip signal output.
Fault Protection State: Exceed set current limit, immediately output trip signal, drive stop, LED fault light on.
Reset Operation: After eliminating field circuit fault, restart the drive to automatically reset the module protection state.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
Regularly check whether the module wiring terminals are loose or oxidized.
Keep the module surface clean without dust and oil pollution to ensure heat dissipation.
Avoid strong electromagnetic interference around the installation position.
Once trip failure or misoperation occurs, replace the original 0-49029-2 module directly.
