1. Product Overview

DS200TCEBG1ACE is a TCEB Protective Termination Expander Board designed exclusively for GE Speedtronic Mark V Turbine Control System, belonging to the core protection interface module of the DS200 series. It is specially developed for protection circuits of gas turbines, steam turbines and other power generation equipment, responsible for isolation, conditioning, scaling and terminal expansion of CT/PT (current/voltage transformer), flame detection, overspeed, relay and other protection signals. As a critical component for unit safety protection, fault interlock and reliable signal transmission in Mark V systems, it is widely used for spare parts replacement, overhaul and system upgrade in power plants.

2. Key Hardware Features

  • Board Type: Protective Termination Expander Board, compatible with Mark V standard cabinet slots, supports Simplex and TMR triple‑modular redundancy architectures.
