ATLAS COPCO TC-4000-S-ES is a PowerMACS 4000 series fixtured tightening controller designed for multi-spindle fixed bolt fastening stations. It delivers advanced process monitoring and full data traceability for zero-defect assembly. The controller supports integrated Ethernet switch function, the fixtured structure fits fixed spindle tool systems, and the tightening strategy ensures stable torque output for heavy-duty manufacturing lines.

The controller comes with embedded PLC and built-in E-stop relays for safe automatic operation. The fixtured layout simplifies cabinet installation and wiring for the controller on dedicated assembly jigs. Engineers can set multi-stage torque sequences and save batch parameters for each tightening cycle, and all tightening data can be stored for quality analysis.

This controller adopts IP43 rugged housing to adapt to long-time continuous running in workshop environments. The fixtured platform supports synchronous control of multiple spindles at one station.
