Model 6200090 is an industrial inductive proximity sensor. It is applied to non-contact metal detection, position limit sensing, mechanical automation, production line positioning and equipment stroke signal feedback. With stable performance, strong anti-interference and IP67 dustproof & waterproof protection, it is suitable for long-term continuous operation in harsh industrial sites. 2. Avoid mechanical impact, oil corrosion and long-term damp immersion. 4. Installation Method Fix the sensor with lock nut or mounting bracket. Keep standard effective sensing distance from metal target. Install perpendicular to the detected surface for optimal detection effect. Do not place extra metal parts around the sensing head. Always output signal: Metal too close or surrounding metal interference. Unstable flickering signal: Loose wiring, vibration or power fluctuation. Indicator on but no output: Signal wire breakage or load damage. 8. Maintenance Clean dust and iron scraps on the sensing surface regularly. Periodically check mounting tightness and cable abrasion.
