WARTSILA C3/C5 RELAY CARD

This WARTSILA C3/C5 Relay Card is a plug-in relay interface PCB for Wärtsilä DESPEMES marine RT-flex main engine control system. The C3/C5 relay card receives digital command signals from the main FCM controller and converts logic signals into dry relay contact outputs for engine safety interlock and actuator regulation. The C3/C5 relay card handles cylinder safety interlock, start/stop interlock and fault feedback signal switching for two-stroke marine electronically controlled main diesel engines. The C3/C5 relay card adopts marine grade circuit with conformal coating to resist salt fog, vibration and temperature fluctuation inside marine engine control cabinet. The C3/C5 relay card is fitted with channel LED indicators for on-site hardware status check and fault diagnosis.

This board performs relay isolation and safety interlock logic for marine main engine control. The DESPEMES C3/C5 interface module monitors feedback status from hydraulic actuators and limit switches of main engine fuel injection and exhaust valve systems. The DESPEMES C3/C5 interface module uses dedicated rack plug-in mounting for installation in DESPEMES control cabinet. The DESPEMES C3/C5 interface module provides electrical isolation between engine controller and field actuators to protect the main control hardware.
