HBM ME30

This HBM ME30 is a Eurocard-format 600Hz carrier frequency measuring amplifier, designed for full-bridge strain gauge transducers used for load, torque, pressure and force measurement. The strain gauge measuring amplifier supplies stable bridge excitation voltage and performs signal conditioning for strain gauge sensors. The strain gauge measuring amplifier provides 12 adjustable measuring ranges for mV/V input, supporting zero balance and fine gain adjustment on the front panel. The strain gauge measuring amplifier features low noise and excellent linearity, converting tiny sensor signals into standard analog output for monitoring systems. The strain gauge measuring amplifier adopts standard Eurocard rack mounting for installation inside measurement cabinets.

This module delivers high-precision conditioned signals for machinery supervision and closed-loop control. The load signal conditioning unit supports once-per-turn and static load analysis for marine crane, winch, drawworks and test bench applications. The load signal conditioning unit has front panel LEDs for on-site status check and fault diagnosis. The load signal conditioning unit works with full-bridge strain gauge sensors and maintains stable performance in heavy electromagnetic and vibration environments. The load signal conditioning unit is widely used in offshore deck machinery, oilfield drilling rigs and industrial material test systems.

It serves as a critical spare signal conditioning component for strain gauge measurement system maintenance and retrofit. The HBM ME30 amplifier card is manufactured to original HBM factory specifications for direct plug-in replacement. The HBM ME30 amplifier card guarantees accurate force and load measurement and shortens equipment overhaul downtime. The HBM ME30 amplifier card supports simple wiring and on-site calibration and range setup. The HBM ME30 amplifier card is stocked by global offshore and industrial measurement spare parts suppliers.
