Model 6200052 is an industrial inductive proximity sensor. It is designed for non-contact metal detection, position limit sensing, mechanical automation, production line and machinery stroke feedback. With high stability, excellent anti-interference and IP67 protection, it can work reliably in various harsh industrial conditions.

2. Main Features

  • Model: 6200052

  • Detection principle: Inductive type

  • Sensing target: All metal objects

  • Supply voltage: 10–30 V DC

  • Output type: 3-wire DC

  • Max load current: ≤ 200 mA

  • Protection grade: IP67 dustproof and waterproof

  • Operating temperature: -25 °C ~ +70 °C

  • Built-in reverse polarity, overvoltage and short circuit protection

  • Vibration resistant, long service life for continuous operation

3. Safety Precautions

  • Cut off power before installation and wiring.

  • Do not exceed rated voltage 10–30 V DC.

  • Strictly prohibit reverse power connection to prevent burnout.

  • Keep away from motors, transformers and strong magnetic interference.

  • Do not disassemble or modify the sensor structure.

  • Avoid mechanical impact, oil contamination and long-term moisture.

4. Installation Instructions

  1. Fix the sensor with lock nut or mounting bracket.

  2. Keep the specified sensing distance from metal target.

  3. Install perpendicular to the detected surface for best performance.

  4. Do not place extra metal parts near the sensing head.

  5. Route cable properly, avoid sharp bending and strong pulling.

5. Wiring Definition

  • Brown  : DC +10~30 V Power

  • Blue   : DC 0 V Ground

  • Black  : Signal output

  • Shield : Ground only at controller side

6. Operation Guide

  1. Wire connection must follow standard definition.

  2. Power on, sensor enters standby state.

  3. When metal enters effective range, indicator lights up and output acts.

  4. When metal leaves detection area, output resets and indicator turns off.

  5. Suitable for PLC, relay and automation controller input connection.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No indicator light: Check power supply and wiring connection.

  • Always output signal: Metal too close or surrounding metal interference.

  • Signal unstable: Loose wiring, vibration or power fluctuation.

  • Light on but no output: Signal wire broken or load damaged.

8. Maintenance

  • Regularly clean dust and metal debris on sensing surface.

  • Periodically check mounting tightness and cable wear.

  • Avoid long-term high temperature and corrosive gas environment.

  • Replace sensor timely if shell crack or cable aging occurs.
