6200047
Description

2. Main Features
Model: 6200047
Principle: Inductive magnetic induction
Detection object: All metal materials
Rated voltage: 10–30 V DC
Output type: 3-wire DC
Max load current: ≤ 200 mA
Protection level: IP67 dustproof and waterproof
Working temperature: -25 °C ~ +70 °C
Built-in reverse polarity, overvoltage and short-circuit protection
Anti-vibration, anti-interference, suitable for long-term continuous operation
3. Safety Precautions
Cut off power before installation and wiring.
Do not apply voltage exceeding 10–30 V DC.
Reverse power connection is forbidden to prevent permanent damage.
Keep away from high-power motors, transformers and strong magnetic interference.
Do not disassemble or modify the sensor arbitrarily.
Avoid mechanical impact, oil pollution and long-term damp environment.
4. Installation Method
Fix the sensor with lock nut or mounting bracket.
Keep standard effective sensing distance from metal target.
Install perpendicular to the detected surface for best detection effect.
Do not place extra metal parts near the sensing head.
Arrange cable routing properly, avoid sharp bending and pulling.
5. Wiring Definition
Brown : DC +10~30 V Power
Blue : DC 0 V GND
Black : Signal output
Shield : Ground only at controller side
6. Operation Instructions
Wire connection shall comply with the specified definition.
Power on, the sensor enters standby status.
When metal enters effective detection range, indicator lights up and output acts.
When metal leaves the detection area, output resets and indicator turns off.
It can be directly connected to PLC, relay and automation controller input.
7. Troubleshooting
No indicator light: Check power supply and wiring connection.
Always output signal: Metal target too close or surrounding metal interference.
Unstable signal: Loose wiring, mechanical vibration or power fluctuation.
Indicator on but no output: Signal wire broken or load damaged.
8. Maintenance
Regularly clean dust and iron debris on the sensing surface.
Periodically check mounting tightness and cable abrasion.
Keep away from high temperature and corrosive gas environment.
Replace the sensor in time if shell crack or cable aging occurs.
