Model 6200043 is a standard industrial inductive proximity sensor. It performs non-contact detection of metal objects, widely used in automated machinery, production lines, position limit control, mechanical stroke detection and automation signal feedback. It features stable performance, strong anti-interference and IP67 protection for industrial harsh conditions.

2. Main Features

  • Model: 6200043

  • Type: Inductive proximity sensor

  • Detection target: All metal materials

  • Supply voltage: 10–30 V DC

  • Output structure: 3-wire DC

  • Max load current: ≤ 200 mA

  • Protection class: IP67 dustproof and waterproof

  • Working temperature: -25 °C ~ +70 °C

  • Built-in reverse polarity, overvoltage and short-circuit protection

  • Vibration resistant, high stability for continuous operation

3. Safety Precautions

  • Cut off power before installation and wiring.

  • Do not apply voltage beyond 10–30 V DC.

  • Avoid reverse power connection to prevent sensor damage.

  • Install away from high-power motors and strong magnetic interference sources.

  • Do not disassemble or modify the sensor arbitrarily.

  • Prevent heavy impact, oil pollution and long-term wet environment.

4. Installation Guide

  1. Fix the sensor with locking nut or mounting bracket.

  2. Maintain rated sensing distance from metal target.

  3. Mount perpendicular to the detected surface for best sensitivity.

  4. Do not place extra metal parts near the sensing front.

  5. Route the cable properly, avoid sharp bending and hard pulling.

5. Wiring Definition

  • Brown:DC +10~30 V Power

  • Blue:DC 0 V Ground

  • Black:Signal output

  • Shield:Ground connection only at controller side

6. Operation Instruction

  1. Wire strictly according to the standard definition.

  2. Power on, the sensor enters standby mode.

  3. When metal enters effective detection range, indicator lights up and output activates.

  4. When metal leaves, output resets and indicator turns off.

  5. Suitable for direct connection to PLC, relay and automation controller input.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No indicator light: Check power supply and wiring integrity.

  • Always output ON: Metal target too close or surrounding metal interference.

  • Signal unstable flickering: Loose wiring, vibration or power fluctuation.

  • Light on but no output: Signal wire broken or load faulty.

8. Maintenance

  • Clean dust and iron scraps on the sensing surface regularly.

  • Check mounting tightness and cable wear periodically.

  • Avoid long-term high temperature and corrosive gas environment.

  • Replace immediately if shell crack or cable aging occurs.
