LION PRECISION LRD6300

LION PRECISION LRD6300 is a high-performance capacitive label sensor for packaging and label processing equipment. This capacitive label sensor adopts capacitive non-optical sensing technology to detect label edges regardless of color or contrast. The capacitive label sensor supports detection of transparent, paper, metallic and holographic labels. The capacitive label sensor delivers fast response and stable performance for high-speed production lines.

This unit features one-click auto setup and intuitive LED indicator for status checking. It provides precise label edge detection for label registration, counting and splice inspection. The label edge detection accuracy reaches 0.05 mm to guarantee consistent positioning. The label edge detection works reliably on slitter rewinder and label applicator machines. The label edge detection eliminates dependence on mark printing on label materials.

The device operates at 12-24 VDC with max 20µs response time and 10kHz switching frequency. It offers PNP and NPN switching output, with reverse polarity and short-circuit protection.
