Stork Kwant R.S.M.4.L

Description

Stork Kwant R.S.M.4.L Stork Kwant R.S.M.4.L is panel mounted marine 24V DC motor telegraph receiver unit, designed for Stork Kwant marine propulsion remote control and engine telegraph system, widely fitted onboard cargo vessels, tankers and offshore vessels to receive bridge telegraph commands and provide mechanical position feedback for main engine speed control. This marine telegraph receiver motor unit converts bridge order signals into precise mechanical shaft movement, synchronises the local engine room indicator with bridge command lever, visualising ahead/astern and speed order for propulsion supervision. The marine telegraph receiver unit integrates DC servo motor, potentiometer feedback assembly, limit stop mechanism and overload protection, tracks telegraph command position and outputs mechanical indication for local machinery console. Its telegraph position tracking & hardware diagnostics function continuously monitors 24V DC power supply, motor winding and feedback potentiometer integrity, detects power loss, motor stall and signal failure, transmits telegraph unit fault alerts and position status to vessel AMS alarm console. The telegraph position tracking & hardware diagnostics ensures accurate order indication and bridge-engine room communication for marine propulsion remote control system. It enables reliable marine R.S.M.4.L unit operation under heavy vessel vibration and salt mist marine environments.

This Stork Kwant R.S.M.4.L telegraph motor unit delivers stable marine 24V DC motor telegraph receiver unit performance installed inside vessel engine control console. The telegraph position tracking & hardware diagnostics adopts marine-grade cast housing with EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference and mechanical shock. Marine propulsion technicians rely on marine R.S.M.4.L unit operation to test motor tracking, calibrate potentiometer feedback and verify telegraph synchronisation during routine maintenance. It adopts panel mounting design for straightforward spare replacement and minimal marine engine telegraph control system downtime. Internal components use anti-corrosion coating to protect against salt mist, condensation and temperature fluctuation. It works cooperatively with bridge telegraph transmitter, propulsion control lever and ship integrated alarm monitoring system. It is widely used as telegraph receiver spare hardware for Stork Kwant marine main engine remote telegraph and propulsion control system maintenance and retrofit projects.
