Installation & Maintenance

Installation

1. Power off; use ESD protection (ground ≥1MΩ).

2. Mount on DIN rail or panel; torque to 0.8–1.2N·m.

3. Wiring: 2-wire/4-wire transmitters; shield ground at one end.

4. Power-on self-test: Green LED = normal; no alarms.

Maintenance

• Daily: Check LED status, loose/corroded terminals.

• Quarterly: Clean dust, verify torque.

• Annual: Calibrate accuracy, assess aging; replace if needed.
