VIII. Common Faults and Troubleshooting

FAULT Red light + OVERTEMP Yellow light

Reason: High environmental temperature, poor heat dissipation, overload

Troubleshooting: Improve ventilation → Reduce environmental temperature → Reduce load → Replace module

5V light does not light up (15V is normal)

Reason: +5V output short circuit, overload, internal voltage regulation failure
