General Description
A06B-0590-B004#7008 is a compact high-performance AC servo motor of FANUC standard series, designed for 200V class three-phase industrial control system. This motor adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor structure, equipped with straight shaft with keyway, built-in high precision incremental encoder with special specification #7008 for enhanced anti-interference capability. There is no electromagnetic holding brake on this model, and it adopts natural self cooling mode. Installation Instructions
Install the motor on a rigid and flat mounting base to avoid working resonance and shaft vibration. Keep the mounting surface clean, flat and free of sundries, deformation and burrs. Align the motor shaft center with the driven load equipment to ensure good coaxiality, and use standard flexible coupling to compensate small installation deviation. Tighten the mounting flange bolts evenly with standard torque to prevent motor shell deformation and internal component stress. Reserve enough space around the motor for natural air circulation heat dissipation and daily maintenance operation. Wiring Requirements
All wiring and connection operations must be carried out under complete power cut off condition. Use original FANUC matched power cable, encoder signal cable and grounding wire. During wiring layout, separate encoder signal cable from main power cable to avoid electromagnetic interference affecting signal accuracy. Operation Guidelines
The motor must be operated strictly within the rated voltage, torque and speed range, and long-term overload operation is prohibited. After installation and wiring, perform no-load trial operation to check for abnormal noise, vibration and excessive temperature rise. Monitor the motor shell temperature during long-term operation to keep it within the allowable range. Avoid excessive frequent start and stop cycles to prevent motor overheating and mechanical wear and tear. Set the servo amplifier operation parameters reasonably according to the actual motor model and load working condition. Ensure the motor runs within the normal temperature and load range all the time.
Maintenance Instructions
Regularly cut off the power supply, clean the dust and oil dirt on the motor surface and shell. Periodically check the tightness of mounting bolts, coupling connection and encoder connector plug. Listen to the running sound regularly to judge the working state of internal bearings, and replace bearings in time if abnormal noise occurs. Use CNC system diagnostic function regularly to detect encoder signal quality and positioning stability. It is prohibited to disassemble the motor and encoder privately without authorization, otherwise the precision components will be damaged and the product warranty will be invalid. Keep the motor surface clean and heat dissipation channel unobstructed to ensure long-term stable operation.
Safety Precautions
Only professionally qualified technical personnel are allowed to carry out installation, wiring and maintenance work of the servo motor. Cut off all input power before maintenance and inspection, and wait for the internal capacitor to complete discharge before operation. It is strictly prohibited to touch the rotating shaft and live electrical parts during motor operation. Must do reliable grounding installation to prevent electric shock accident and reduce electromagnetic interference.
