Main Technical Specifications

Rated output power 4.5kW, rated continuous torque 22Nm, rated speed 4000rpm, maximum speed 4500rpm. Working power supply is three-phase 400V AC high voltage system. Insulation class is F level with high temperature resistance. Protection grade is IP65, effectively preventing dust, cooling liquid and oil mist invasion. Cooling mode is natural self cooling. Built-in high precision incremental encoder provides accurate speed and position feedback. Overall weight is about 18kg, running vibration and noise are controlled at industrial standard low level.

Product Features

High voltage 400V design reduces working current, lowers line loss and supports long distance cable connection. Low inertia rotor design realizes rapid acceleration and deceleration, suitable for high speed contouring processing. Optimized magnetic circuit design ensures smooth rotation, low torque ripple, low vibration and low noise. Sealed IP65 structure adapts to harsh workshop environment with dust and water splash. High resolution encoder guarantees high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning stability. Perfect compatibility with FANUC 0i and 30i series CNC systems and matching high voltage servo amplifiers. Integrated high strength bearing structure ensures long service life and reliable continuous operation.

Application Scope

Applied to high speed CNC machining centers, vertical lathes and heavy duty machine tool feed axes. Suitable for gantry equipment, linear motion platforms and automation production line positioning axes. Matched for industrial robot joints and external auxiliary axes under 400V power supply system. Used in special purpose machines, packaging machinery and material handling automation equipment. Ideal for industrial occasions requiring high power, high speed and high precision motion control.

Installation Instructions

Install the motor on rigid and flat mounting base to avoid resonance and running vibration. Keep the mounting surface clean and flat without sundries. Align the motor shaft with the load equipment to ensure good coaxiality, and use flexible coupling to compensate minor installation deviation. Tighten mounting bolts evenly with standard torque to prevent flange deformation. Reserve enough space around the motor for natural heat dissipation and later daily maintenance.

Wiring Requirements

All wiring work must be performed under complete power cut off. Use original FANUC high voltage dedicated power cable, encoder cable and grounding cable. Connect three-phase power line and protective grounding terminal firmly and reliably. Separate encoder signal cable from power cable during wiring to avoid electromagnetic interference. Check all terminals for firm connection and good insulation performance. Strictly follow FANUC official high voltage servo system wiring specifications.

Working Environment

Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius. Storage temperature ranges from minus 20 degree Celsius to 60 degree Celsius. Working relative humidity is 5% to 95%, no condensation allowed. Working altitude should not exceed 1000 meters above sea level. The surrounding air must not contain corrosive gas, explosive dust and serious oil mist pollution. Avoid long term strong mechanical vibration and impact environment.

Operation Guidelines

Do not operate the motor beyond rated voltage, torque and speed parameters to prevent overload damage. Conduct no-load trial operation after installation to check abnormal noise, vibration and temperature rise. Monitor motor surface temperature during operation to ensure normal heat dissipation. Avoid too frequent start and stop cycles to prevent overheating and mechanical wear. Set servo amplifier parameters correctly according to the motor model to ensure matching control performance.

Maintenance Instructions

Regularly cut off power to clean dust and oil dirt on motor surface. Periodically check mounting bolts, coupling tightness and encoder connector connection status. Listen to running sound to judge bearing working condition and check vibration amplitude. Do not disassemble motor and encoder privately, otherwise precision will be affected and warranty will be invalid. Check encoder signal status through CNC system diagnosis function regularly. Replace bearing grease or damaged bearings in time when abnormal noise appears.

Safety Precautions

Only professionally qualified personnel are allowed to install, wire and maintain this high voltage servo motor. Cut off all power supply and wait for capacitor discharge before any disassembly and maintenance work. It is forbidden to touch rotating shaft and live electrical parts during motor operation. Reliable grounding must be completed to prevent electric shock accident and reduce electromagnetic interference. Keep the motor and cables away from flammable materials and high temperature heat sources. Strictly prohibit modifying internal structure and circuit of the motor.
