3. Safety Precautions

Disconnect all power before installation, wiring or maintenance. Wait at least 10 minutes for capacitor discharge before touching electrical components.
Ground the motor frame securely to prevent electric shock and reduce electromagnetic interference.
Do not apply excessive radial load, axial impact or bending force to the output shaft.
Keep hands, tools and clothing away from rotating parts during operation.
This model has no built-in holding brake; equip external mechanical brake if static positioning is required.

4. Installation

Mechanical Installation

Mount on a rigid, flat and vibration-free base.
Fasten mounting bolts evenly to the specified torque.
Ensure precise coaxiality between motor shaft and load coupling to minimize vibration and bearing wear.
Reserve sufficient space around the motor for ventilation and heat dissipation.

Electrical Wiring

Use shielded cables for power (U, V, W, PE) and encoder connections.
Route power and encoder cables separately to avoid signal interference.
Secure connectors tightly and protect cables from damage.

5. Operation Guidelines

Operate within rated speed and torque; avoid prolonged over-speed or over-load.
Perform a low-speed jog test after power-on to check rotation smoothness and abnormal noise.
Avoid frequent start-stop cycles under heavy load for long periods.
Monitor motor current, temperature and running status via the servo driver during operation.

6. Maintenance

Inspect motor exterior, wiring tightness and dust accumulation monthly.
Clean surface dust with a dry soft cloth regularly.
Check for abnormal noise, vibration or overheating during operation.
Verify encoder signal stability every six months.
Measure winding insulation resistance annually; maintain above 1MΩ at 500V.
Store in a dry environment (-20°C to +60°C, humidity <60%). Rotate the shaft manually every 3 months to prevent bearing rust.

7. Troubleshooting

Overcurrent: Winding short circuit, insulation aging, wiring error or excessive mechanical load.
Encoder alarm: Loose connector, damaged cable or electromagnetic interference.
Overheating: Prolonged overload, poor ventilation or bearing abnormal friction.
Abnormal noise/vibration: Bearing wear, coupling misalignment or internal foreign matter.

8. Warranty

Warranty period is 12 months from purchase date, covering manufacturing and material defects.
Damage from improper installation, operation, overload, unauthorized modification or physical impact is excluded.
