Per-channel independent galvanic isolation
Isolation circuit completely separates DCS internal control circuit and field instrument loops, eliminates ground potential difference drift, suppresses inverter EMI, static electricity and lightning surge interference, ensures stable measuring precision for long cable signal transmission.
Multi-stage signal filtering + surge protection
Each channel integrates RC low-pass filter and TVS transient voltage suppression components, filters high-frequency industrial noise and clamps abnormal overvoltage to protect upstream AI IOP main card.
Reinforced anti-vibration screw terminal (core feature of -225)
Thickened metal screw base, double locking structure, suitable for equipment rooms with strong vibration such as compressor rooms, pump houses, turbine auxiliary cabinets; effectively prevent wiring loosening under long-term mechanical vibration. Compatible with 14~22AWG shielded instrument cables.
Partial conformal coating
Key signal circuit area coated with moisture-proof anti-corrosion paint, better anti-humidity performance than non-coated -125 version, suitable for workshop cabinets with slight steam, volatile trace corrosive gas.
Loop fault diagnosis linkage
Cooperates with MU-PAI02 IOP to detect transmitter loop open circuit, short circuit, signal over-range, fault alarms uploaded to UCN bus and displayed on operator station.
Non-redundant standard layout
For conventional measurement loops; select redundant isolated FTA variants for high-reliability safety interlock measurement points.
