2. Product Function Description
Independent Channel Galvanic Isolation
Each loop is equipped with isolated isolation circuit to completely separate DCS internal circuit and field instrument loop, eliminate ground loop offset caused by different grounding potentials of workshop equipment, suppress frequency converter EMI, static electricity and lightning surge interference, guarantee stable measurement accuracy.
Signal Filtering & Surge Protection
Built-in RC multi-stage low-pass filter and TVS transient suppression components for each channel, filter high-frequency noise of long-distance cables, clamp abnormal high voltage to avoid damage to the main AI IOP card.
Standard Screw Terminal (-125 Core Feature)
Conventional anti-loose screw wiring terminal, compatible with 14–22AWG instrument shielded cables, convenient for field wiring inspection and maintenance, stable connection under mild vibration environment.
Loop Fault Detection Matching IOP
Cooperate with MU-PAI02 IOP to realize open circuit, short circuit and out-of-range signal diagnosis of transmitter loops, fault information is uploaded to UCN bus and displayed on operator station alarm interface.
Non-redundant Standard Layout
Suitable for most conventional measurement loops; for high-reliability redundant measurement points, select corresponding redundant isolation AI FTA series.
