2. Product Function Description
Channel Independent Galvanic Isolation
Each AO loop built-in isolated signal isolation circuit, completely separates internal DCS control circuit and field actuator loop, eliminates ground potential difference drift, suppresses frequency converter EMI, lightning surge and long cable interference, guarantees stable PID regulation precision.
Standard 4–20mA Signal Reconstruction
Receives digital-analog converted 4–20mA current signal from AO IOP card, filters and isolates the signal without linear attenuation, outputs standard current signal to drive pneumatic/electric regulating valves. Max load capacity meets long-distance field wiring requirements.
Crimp Spring Quick Terminal (-325 core feature)
Adopts spring crimp compression terminal structure, no screwdriver required for wiring, fast installation and maintenance; anti-loose design suitable for general industrial vibration environments, compatible with 14~22AWG instrument cables.
Overvoltage & Overcurrent Protection
Each channel equipped with independent self-recovery short-circuit protection and TVS surge suppression; when field line short circuit or surge occurs, automatically limit output current to avoid back-damage to AO main control IOP card.
Hardware Self-Diagnosis Matching
Cooperates with MU-PAOX02 IOP to detect loop open circuit, short circuit, signal over-range faults; fault status uploaded to UCN network and displayed on operator station alarm window.
Non-Redundant Standard Design
-325 version is non-redundant FTA, applicable to most general control loops; if redundant AO system is required, select corresponding redundant FTA series.
