2. Product Function Description
Full Galvanic Isolation
Complete electrical separation between DCS cabinet internal control circuit and field actuator loop, thoroughly eliminate ground loop potential difference drift, suppress EMI and ESD surge interference from long field cables.
4–20mA Signal Transmission & Conversion
Receives standard 4–20mA regulating signal output from AO FTA, isolates and reconstructs linear 4–20mA current signal to drive field pneumatic/electric valve positioners. Guarantees no signal attenuation and control precision within full scale.
Overvoltage & Overcurrent Protection
Built-in self-recovery protection circuit; automatically limit output current and clamp surge voltage when field short-circuit or lightning surge occurs, avoid backflow damage to AO IOP main card.
Partial Conformal Coating (-175 exclusive feature)
Key circuit area coated with anti-corrosion conformal paint, stronger resistance to high humidity, slight corrosive gas and dust than the standard -100 model, suitable for semi-harsh chemical, power auxiliary cabinet environments.
Compact Plug-and-Play Installation
Lightweight modular design, directly wired to AO FTA screw terminals without extra rack space; supports online replacement without shutting down the control loop temporarily.
