This STI main IOP card acts as a bidirectional communication gateway between HPM/APM controllers and field HART smart transmitters.
  • Collects standard 4–20mA analog process variables, plus digital HART diagnostic data from pressure, flow, level, temperature smart transmitters;

  • Supports remote configuration, range adjustment, calibration and fault diagnosis of field instruments via DCS operator station;

  • Digitizes signals locally to eliminate long cable EMI interference and ground loop drift, ensuring high measurement precision;

  • Transmits integrated process & instrument health data to UCN control network for real-time monitoring and closed-loop PID regulation;

  • Built-in full self-diagnosis logic detects loop open/short, transmitter offline, communication error and hardware failure, with real-time alarm upload.

    The -100 version is standard industrial non-conformal coated edition for general factory environments.
