2. Product Function Description

This is a 16-channel high-level analog input main processing card for TPS UCN DCS. It receives standard DC analog signals from field pressure, flow, level and temperature transmitters via supporting AI FTA terminal boards, then completes AD sampling, signal linearization and digital conversion.
It transmits processed measurement data to the UCN control network for loop monitoring and PID closed-loop regulation. Built-in comprehensive channel self-diagnosis functions detect open circuit, short circuit and signal out-of-range faults, supporting hot-swappable online replacement without system shutdown. It is widely deployed in continuous process industries for standard 4–20mA instrument signal acquisition.
